Managed service provider looking for talented system administrators to
join our technical team. Work hands on with the latest web technologies
and underlying infrastructure in high availability production environments.

We're looking for skilled UNIX gurus who love challenging problems,
keeping up with Internet trends, and working in a laid back environment.

Job requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to
articulate technical problems to non-technical staff and customers

- Strong diagnostic skills, evaluating problems one component at a time

- Ability to install, configure, and maintain various flavors of Linux and
FreeBSD

- Experience building kernels from source, configuring device drivers,
building packages from source, and installing pre-built packages

- Highly proficient in web hosting technologies such as Apache, MySQL,
Postfix, Qmail, Pacemaker, DRBD, BIND, etc

- Experience in identifying and tuning application bottlenecks

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple workloads

- VMWare / Xen / KVM experience preferred

- Hardware experience a plus
